Overview
AdMeTech Foundation has joined forces with the New England Area Conference NAACP’s Brockton Branch and Good Samaritan Medical Center of Steward Health to reduce prostate cancer mortality in all Brockton men and end prostate cancer as a leading health disparity in African-American men.
Our Guest of Honors include elected officials Mayor Bill Carpenter, Senator Michael Brady, Representatives Gerard Cassidy and Claire Cronin and Michelle DuBois.
Our Featured Speakers include Dr. Chiledum Ahaghotu, Chief Medical Officer of Carney Hospital; Dr. Jennifer Rider, ScD, MPH, Assistant Professor of Epidemiology, Boston University School of Public Health; Dr. Faina Shtern, President of AdMeTech Foundation; and Dr. Jason Zauls, MD, Radiation Oncologist, Medical Director, Cancer Program, Good Samaritan Medical Center.
The goals of the event include: 1) To present cutting-edge knowledge about screening, diagnosis, and treatment; and 2) To empower fully-informed decisions on options in prostate health care.
Educational plenary session will be integrated with free individual, family and group consultations.
